The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to work in Community sites within the Fylde Coast
This role is ongoing with an option to be extended
This is a full time role working 8am-5pm 5 days per week
This is a mobile role and you will be given a van to use as transport between sites, therefore applicants must have a valid UK driver's licence
Hourly rate starts at £12.45, Saturdays £15.44, Sundays £19.33
Duties include:
* Fixing taps & unblocking sinks and toilets
* Repairing doors and locks
* Repairs beds and chairs
* Working as a mate to tradespeople
* Basic plumbing
* general repairs and upkeep of site equipment
* Fire door/ Fire alarm checks
