As a Finance Business Partner, you will be:
Producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts with clear financial analysis
Preparing board and senior leadership reports, explaining financial performance and trends
Acting as a Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders and budget managers, supporting strategic decision-making
Providing insight into financial data, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance improvements
Driving improvements in financial reporting, processes, and controls
Ensuring strong financial governance and compliance

A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or is finalist level
Previous experience working within Social Housing or a Housing Association (essential)
Experience producing budgets, forecasts, and management accounts
Strong experience presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse large data sets and provide strategic insight
The ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across different teams
Key requirements for this Finance Business Partner role:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
Social Housing / Housing Association experience (essential)
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience
Experience working in a large or complex organisation
