Role: Account Director – PFI Healthcare
Location: South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for excellence in facilities management? We're looking for a confident and experienced Account Director to take the lead at one of our flagship PFI healthcare sites.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Account Director, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of high-quality Hard FM services at South West Acute Hospital.
You Will
* Lead and inspire a dedicated on-site team to deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the PFI contract.
* Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for operational matters.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets, forecast performance, and contribute to business growth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You'll bring:
* Proven experience in Hard FM within PFI healthcare or hospital settings.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets and complex contracts.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
* A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering against strict SLAs and KPIs.
* A hands-on approach and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on-site.
