This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to build a long-term career with a stable and well-regarded legal practice.
The Role:
* Provide key administrative and legal support to a busy residential property team
* Assist with the progression of files from instruction through to post-completion
* Prepare legal documents, carry out searches, and liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
* Maintain accurate records using a modern case management system
* Ensure excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process
About You:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing support role is essential
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
* Keen to develop and grow within a reputable legal practice
