As a NQ Personal Injury Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters, from initial instruction to conclusion.
* Provide clear, practical legal advice while maintaining excellent client care.
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings where required.
* Work towards agreed targets within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to build their career in Personal Injury.
You will have:
* At least 6 months’ experience within Personal Injury (pre‑or post‑qualification).
* Strong client care skills and a meticulous approach to quality control.
* Confidence in advising clients, drafting documents, and managing your own caseload with supervision.
* A solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes.
* Previous experience of drafting pleadings, schedules of loss, and instructing experts/counsel (advantageous but not essential).

This role is commutable from Manchester City Centre, Stockport, Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, Cheadle, Didsbury, Wilmslow, Hale, Knutsford and Warrington, as well as the wider South Manchester and Cheshire areas.
