Job Overview
The Walsall PPP (Public and Private Partnership) Operations Manager will lead the delivery of services under the Walsall PPP contract and manage a team of Extra Care Service Managers and a Regional Extra Care Manager across the Walsall Region. Responsibilities include ensuring properties and services meet the demands of residents, commissioning authorities, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
* Deliver services under the Walsall PPP contract.
* Lead and manage a team of Extra Care Service Managers and a Regional Extra Care Manager.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements.
* Oversee operational management and multi-tenant contract execution.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of the regulatory and legislative frameworks for Housing and Social Care (Essential).
* Contract Management experience (Essential).
* Experience leading complex multi-site housing and care services (Essential).
* Working within older people services and understanding issues and needs of older people, those with learning disabilities and mental health (Essential).
* Knowledge of delivering high quality housing and care services, ideally within an extra care setting and residential (Desirable).
* Experience delivering specialist contracts (PFI/PPP) through indirect or direct delivery (Desirable).
* Experience working with Trade Unions (Desirable).
