Project Manager for projects within the Modular solutions division. Responsible for the safe and predictable delivery of project, programme or portfolio of projects. Accountable for technical and commercial estimating, engineering, management, manufacturing, third party services, interfaces, risk management and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project work across all phases from pre-Define, Define and Execute including Construction, Commissioning and Close-out. Ensure safe, predictable and timely delivery, to a high standard of quality aligned with project objectives.
* Lead project delivery & project control personnel in pursuit of safe delivery of work to the agreed schedule and budget. Ensure seamless collaboration between delivery team, internal functions and external stakeholders to ensure high performance, continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with nexos culture, standards & project requirements.
* Lead client interface, ensuring clear communication of project status, prompt issue resolution, and alignment on project or portfolio deliverables and milestones.
* Oversee Development and approve scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the Engineering Manager, Business Services Lead and Modular Solutions Director in alignment with Contractor and/or Client Contracts.
* Responsible for Resource management and planning to meet project plans.
* Lead performance evaluation processes for direct reports, ensuring alignment with individual playbooks, specific project goals, individual contributions, and contractual obligations.
* Responsible for complete and accurate management of change application in line with established governance.
* Responsible for effective project Risk Management of projects in line with established governance, ensuring threats and opportunities are identified and mitigated/enabled
* Ensuring that project KPIs are met and commercial drivers are maximised.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Essential:
* Experienced in leading projects safely across the lifecycle and in leading project planning, cost control, delivery execution, risk management, management of change and stakeholder management, ideally within an EPC environment.
* Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of modification projects, including the complexities of working within live operational environments, integrating with existing infrastructure, and managing associated risks and constraints.
* A demonstrable understanding of the full lifecycle of a design and manufacturing project including FEED, Detailed Design & Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Outfitting, Trial Building, Inspection (incl. pre-commissioning), Testing (FAT & iFAT), Offshore HUC process.
* A degree in engineering, project management or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding Modular Manufacturing project requirements, technical constraints, and cross-functional coordination.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align project delivery objectives with business objectives, manage budgets effectively, and identify opportunities to maximise value and reduce risk.
* Desirable:
* Proven experience in managing teams with a focus on integrating diverse disciplines and fostering collaboration across culturally diverse backgrounds.

Work Environment/Conditions:
* Location: Determined by assigned project/contract. May require travel to Client and/or sub-Contractor worksites.
* Full-Time: 37.5-hours per week
