Over the course of 16 weeks (half a day a week), trainees learn key AI literacy, workplace efficiency tools, the human role in AI, and working effectively with AI through instructor-led learning and hands-on experience of using modern day tools. The program emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and gaining work ready skills, ensuring participants are job-ready upon completion. The program includes full career support along the journey. As a part of the programme, successful candidates are guaranteed an interview with a local employer. Providing all candidates with a valuable stepping stone into office based roles, and increasing their employment prospects significantly.
