Role: Business Development Advisor
* OTE up to £30k - £32k
Job type: Permanent
Location: Nursling
Hours: Flexible on working hours up to 30 hours per week (ideally 9am-3pm)
We have multiple opportunities for a Business Development Advisor to join our client’s expanding team, based in Nursling, Southampton.
The Business Development team is responsible for driving growth, building relationships with prospective clients, and creating opportunities to deliver exceptional service.
This outbound B2B position is ideal for a driven candidate with experience in business development sales and/or customer service, or those confident in their sales skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Calling companies from an existing CRM database and building a pipeline of warm leads
* Arranging site surveys/meetings for Business Development Managers
* Introducing the company via email, providing information, and creating proposals
* Working towards weekly KPI call and appointment targets
* Maintaining the CRM database
* Providing sales support administration
* Managing website leads
About You:
* Previous B2B experience (not essential)
* Experience using a CRM database
* A positive, self-motivated approach
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
