Your new role
1. Repairs and Maintenance: Performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, decorating, and other associated tasks
2. Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service by communicating effectively with tenants and addressing their concerns promptly
3. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
4. Property Inspections: Conducting property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
5. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used, and reporting any issues to the management team
6. Continuous Improvement: Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest industry standards and practices
What you'll need to succeedFor this role you will need;- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience working for a social housing provider
- Multi Skilled within all trades
- Good knowledge of all building maintenance
- Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
