Reed Property & Construction have partnered with an energy Assessment and Building Regulations business that provides a unique level of service to their customer base. They are looking to add a SAP Assessor to their team based in offices near to Melton Mowbray. This is a small business of 15 staff but they are super friendly and engaging and will be growing a lot over the next 2 years. They have already grown from 4 to 15 people in the last 3 years so this is expected to continue and create opportunity for their staff. It is a great company, offering a great service to their customers and are based in a lovely work location. Due to their continued growth they are recruiting for a SAP Assessor to join them. In this role you will be responsible for conducting a variety of sustainability and building regulations assessments, primarily with a focus on SAP assessments. Additional responsibilities will include calculations such as thermal bridging and U-Values. They wouldn't be looking for someone with only RdSAP experience Experience using SketchUp ideally Proficient in using relevant tools and software for energy assessments. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Driver's licence required due to office location.
