As a Software Developer, you’ll collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Analysts, Technical Architects and other IT colleagues to build high‑quality software solutions that meet real business needs. Key responsibilities: Take part in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, demos, and retros Translate user stories into high‑quality, testable code Evaluate feasibility and shape technical solutions Apply TDD and modern software engineering practices Review peer code and uphold our engineering standards Manage changes using Git and support CI/CD pipelines Stay curious - keeping up to date with new tools, frameworks, and technologies Communicate complex ideas clearly and simply Contribute to a collaborative, supportive development community
