About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring that students remain on task in the absence of the regular class teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, graduates, or those with experience working with young people to gain hands-on classroom experience in a flexible, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising students in the absence of the class teacher
2. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
3. Delivering set work and ensuring students remain focused
4. Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5. Previous experience working with young people (school, youth work, tutoring, coaching,
6. Strong communication and classroom management skills
7. A confident and proactive approach to working with students
8. Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week (days can be discussed)
