ROLE: Head of Operations – Healthcare
HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday as required)
LOCATION: St George's Hospital, Blackshaw Road, Tooting, SW17 0QT

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead operational excellence across all service lines.
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner.
* Drive strategic planning, performance management and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance, safety and value for money in all operations.
* Representing Mitie professionally in client meetings and forums.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational experience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
* Financial acumen including P&L responsibility.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAFM, COUPA, SuccessFactors and analytics tools.
* A strong understanding of the NHS Cleaning Standards.
