The Productivity Senior Project Engineer is a key technical professional responsible for leading strategic productivity initiatives across the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) franchise. This role requires a highly capable project leader with strong technical expertise, proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional technical teams to successfully deliver major projects on time and within budget.
What you will be doing?
1. Plan and execute projects in alignment with the project governance framework, including the creation and maintenance of project plans and business cases, while meeting all reporting requirements.
2. Undertake routine activities such as Technical Studies, Engineering Trials, and Change Control Activity (15 %)
3. Confidently present information to cross-functional audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. (5%)
What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a trusted technical leader who thrives in a regulated environment and knows how to bring people together to achieve results.You’ll need:
4. A degree in Engineering or Science
5. At least 5 years’ experience in a science, technical, engineering, or project management role, ideally with knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, and ISO1348
6. Demonstrated project management experience
7. Proven ability to manage change and deliver projects on time and within budget
8. Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing stakeholders including external suppliers and manufacturing operations
