At Fairhive we’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dynamic Governance Manager – Business Partnering to our Governance team! If you thrive on leading and supporting people and want to make a meaningful impact in the housing community this might just be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the role…

In this role you’ll have the chance to inspire and develop your team whilst working on projects that really make a difference. You’ll work with a friendly team to develop new ideas to strengthen our values and vision for the future.

You will lead on the development and oversight of performance management frameworks, risk management, insurance, and business continuity arrangements. Acting as the organisation’s insurance subject‑matter expert, you will manage broker relationships and oversee insurance claims. You will also be accountable for complaints governance, ensuring robust complaints and customer feedback processes are in place and that learning is captured and acted upon to improve services.

The role involves producing high‑quality KPI reporting, Tenant Satisfaction Measures, and benchmarking insights for senior leadership, the Board, and Committees, supporting informed decision‑making across the business. You will lead and support a small team, promoting high performance, accountability, and excellent customer service.

About you...
