Job Description:

Servaada is Wipro's UK entity, authorised by the FCA (the UK financial services regulator) to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.

About the Role

The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering an opportunity to gain significant experience within a dynamic team.

Client Services Administration is a key part of the company, working alongside other operational teams such as Pensions & Estates, Servicing, Payments, Transfers In, Transfers Out, Transfer Oversight. The team processes high volumes of instructions, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

The primary focus is on completing administrative tasks effectively and timely, including:

* Adviser Administration support for Financial Adviser firms
* Handling queries from Financial Advisers and their clients
* Processing new investments with accuracy
* Managing various administrative aspects of the platform
* Escalating issues when necessary

This role reports to a Client Service Administration Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver excellent customer service
* Ensure processing accuracy and completeness
* Adhere to TCF principles and escalate concerns
* Manage risks and report incidents
* Develop and challenge processes for efficiency
* Allocate and monitor team work within SLAs
* Handle escalations and support team development

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

* At least one year’s administrative experience
* Experience with SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, Offshore Bonds
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Wrap platform and/or studying for Financial Services qualifications
* Understanding of Model Portfolios and trading concepts
