Commercial Manager – Smooth North West
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Commercial Manager to support the Commercial Director in propelling our flagship radio brand forward.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Commercial Director to lead and inspire the local Account Management Team, building strong relationships with clients.
* Generate new business and nurture key accounts, consistently acting as a role model for the team.
* Wow high‑spend customers with bespoke marketing solutions, negotiating deals that maximise long‑term service.
* Seek new business opportunities across our product portfolio.
* Maintain client relationships, listening to client needs and challenging boundaries where appropriate.
* Deliver compelling presentations and leverage our multi‑media platforms to create client solutions.
* Support the team throughout their development, from onboarding to performance monitoring and reviews.
Experience & Qualifications
* Strong leadership skills, coaching experience and the ability to embody our values of Bravery, Integrity and Passion.
* Passion for radio with proven sales experience in media.
* Deep industry relationships and an ability to negotiate and close deals.
* Strong drive, enthusiasm and resilience to thrive in a competitive, target‑driven environment.
