About this job:
Join NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) team as a Consumer Behaviour & Insights Practice Area Expert, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of understanding Consumer and Shopper Behaviour. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you'll drive client outcomes, achieve revenue goals, and enhance our market presence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Drive Profitable Revenue Growth:
* Identify and seize opportunities to expand our Consumer/Demand and Shopper solutions.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop client engagement strategies, including presentations, pitches, and proposals.
* Lead client pitches and proposals, ensuring seamless project execution and satisfaction.
1. Enhance Client Relationships:
* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
* Provide insights during proposal development to meet client needs.
* Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs, demonstrating our solutions' impact.
2. Promote Product Awareness:
* Articulate the value of our products and their ability to address client challenges.
* Create and share success stories and case studies.
* Stay updated on new features and continuously improve product knowledge.
3. Foster Team Collaboration:
* Participate in global Subject Matter Expert communities to share best practices.
* Encourage continuous improvement by sharing insights and proposing solutions.
* Organize and participate in team routines like bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions.
Your profile:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles related to consumer and shopper research (e.g., segmentation, landscaping, path to purchase).
* Fluent in German and English.
* Strong business development skills with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.
* Thought leadership in the media landscape, with experience in content creation and presenting at events or webinars.
* Experience with sales processes and proposal development tools.
