We’re looking for aSales Assistantwho’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in – whether it’s helping customers, lifting stock, or keeping the shop floor looking its best. This is more than just a retail job – it’s a chance to support a life-changing cause.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile
* Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
* Creating eye-catching displays and keeping the shop floor tidy
* Lifting, sorting, and pricing donated stock – often physically demanding
* Promoting Gift Aid and encouraging donations
* Working closely with volunteers and supporting the Shop Manager
* Helping with stock movement, sometimes up and down stairs
* Ensuring health and safety standards are always met
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous retail experience in a busy environment
* A team player with great communication skills
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
* Positive, proactive, and ready to make a difference
