As a Corporate Audit Manager, you'll lead on a varied portfolio of audits – from planning through to completion – ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships. You'll act as a trusted advisor, provide proactive business insight, and take ownership of client service. This is a role offering genuine progression opportunities, where your technical expertise and leadership skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage audits from planning, fieldwork and completion within agreed budgets.
* Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
* Supervise and develop junior team members, providing training, support and constructive feedback.
* Research technical issues and present practical solutions.
* Oversee engagement timelines, work in progress and billing processes.
* Prepare and present planning and completion reports to senior stakeholders, Audit Committees and Boards.
* Support in developing the team and contributing to wider business growth.
About You
* ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent qualified.
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to provide proactive business advice.
* Experience with complex groups, reporting structures and liaising with component auditors (desirable).
