Job Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone, representing the brand professionally. Ensure the showroom is tidy and well-presented at all times, providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel efficiently. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Assist with general administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a polite and helpful manner. Confident and enthusiastic approach to customer service. Smart and professional appearance. Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively. Strong initiative and self-management skills. Professional telephone manner with clear communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the automotive industry, is advantageous. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
