4. Confidently preparing and negotiating property contracts, transfers, leases, servitudes and variations and dealing with post completion requirements related to a variety of high impact and strategically important infrastructure projects
5. Advising on the interpretation of property and infrastructure documents and disputes arising out of the same including obtaining external legal support as required.
6. Promoting the excellent reputation of the SGN Legal Services Directorate and striving to continue to improve it.

8. Enthusiasm, flexibility and professional motivation
9. An ability to work well independently and as part of a team
10. Comfort in working closely with all levels of the business including Directors and Senior Managers

12. A desire to work out of different offices and operational depots from time to time to effectively meet the needs of the business.
Not sure you meet every requirement?
Research shows some people – particularly women and those from underrepresented backgrounds – may hesitate to apply unless they meet every criteria. At SGN, we value diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
If this role interests you but you’re not sure you tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you. You might be just who we’re looking for – now or in the future.
