Senior Wealth Planner Location: Salary: Up to £120,000 depending on experience
My client, a boutique and highly regarded wealth management firm based in Brighton, is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Planner to join their growing business. This is a rare opportunity for a confident and capable adviser to work with an exceptional client base—primarily high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and retirees—with typical portfolios averaging £1 million in AUM.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong personal track record in financial planning and be comfortable leading relationships with 150+ families or connections. While this role does not come with an immediate client bank, the firm is particularly interested in advisers who can bring existing relationships or assets with them—especially those without restrictive covenants. Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions across pensions, investments, estate planning, and tax optimisation.
Build and manage relationships with a sophisticated HNW client base, focused on long-term strategic advice.
Proactively develop new client relationships through referrals, networks, and personal business development.
Proven experience as a Financial Planner or IFA, with a background in servicing HNW clients.
A demonstrable ability to generate or bring client relationships and assets.
A basic salary of up to £120,000 depending on experience and background.
A flexible and tailored bonus/validation structure based on the role, client base, and earning potential.
