We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Designer who will play pivotal role in empowering Nuffield Health to achieve its vision of building a healthier nation through learning and development.
This role provides education content that is not only engaging but also universally accessible, reflecting the Charity's commitment to inclusivity and diversity. By specialising in Articulate Storyline and embodying a passion for inclusive design, the Digital Learning Designer is tasked with crafting digital learning experiences that resonate with a wide audience.
As a Digital Learning Designer, your responsibilities will include:
* Work with Learning Foundation and Charity colleagues to support the development and delivery of the professional learning and education strategy, with emphasis on digital learning, quality, and compliance.
* Work with Learning Partners and business stakeholders to understand the charity's learning needs in relation to regulatory standards, professional learning requirements, new products and propositions; take action as appropriate.
* Act as a subject matter expert for Digital Learning Design, representing the Learning Foundation at internal/external meets and events, as required.
* Be the lead for designated projects and programmes, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and management; report any risks and concerns, managing expectations through open and effective communication.
* Work in partnership with Learning Foundation colleagues, developing a range of best-in-class digital content, including: multi-media e-Learns, videos, podcasts, infographics, and Quick Reference Guides.
* Provide SME advice to Learning Foundation colleagues and wider stakeholders on digital learning content, formats and platform capability, as required.
* Promote Accessibility, Inclusion and Equity in all learning solutions and ensure all learning solutions are developed in line with the Learning Foundations Standards of Excellence.
* Be digitally Innovative to maximise the capabilities of our learning technology tools and identify/plug gaps in our digital offering.
We're looking for a Digital Learning Designer who has:
* Professional Certificate in Digital Learning Design or equivalent experience.
* Ability to use advanced authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond Canva etc.)
* Agile skills to excel when using a variety of IT platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Vimeo, SharePoint, etc).
* Proven success in designing and developing digital learning programmes.
* Knowledge of learning theories, training cycle and digital learning design principles.
* Good knowledge of how to make digital learning accessible to all learners.
* Experience in designing and facilitating virtual classrooms.
