Located in the heart of the Greenlaw Mains community, Glencorse Care Home is a brand new, purpose built luxury care home opening soon. With 54 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms, the home will provide high quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Night Care Assistant
* £12.70 per hour
* Full time and part time contracts available
* Night shifts
* Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided and free onsite parking
* 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

The Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will support residents throughout the night, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable and well cared for. You will assist with personal care, mobility and repositioning where required, while promoting dignity and independence.
Working as part of the founding care team, you will help create a calm, safe and supportive night time environment for residents. You will follow individual care plans, carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond promptly to residents’ needs.
You will also support residents who may require reassurance during the night, maintain accurate records and work closely with the wider care team to ensure continuity of care.
What We Are Looking For
* SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential
* Previous care experience is welcomed but not required as full training will be provided
* A compassionate and caring approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work responsibly during night shifts and respond to residents’ needs
