We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and organized Weekend Receptionist. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support during the weekends. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office management, and have experience with multi-line phone systems. You will be joining an experienced but friendly team who strive to provide a first class service to their customers. Based in the Ilkeston area.
Responsibilities
 * Greet visitors and customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and a willingness to help.
 * Manage incoming calls and logging and taking messages
 * Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
 * Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders if needed.
 * Keeping the customer area tidy
Skills
 * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
 * Experience in reception duties preferred.
 * Familiarity with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and calendar management.
 * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
