You’ll manage your own caseload, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and key deadlines are met. The role also involves handling trusts and Adults with Incapacity applications, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, undertaking legal research and liaising closely with clients. There will be opportunities to support and guide junior colleagues as part of the wider team.
