What does the day to day look like? * Develop and prepare learning materials tailored to suit the age range and academic level of pupils. * Deliver, evaluate, and adapt lessons that align with students’ abilities and stages of development to support their educational progress. * Monitor, document, and communicate students’ learning outcomes, growth, and achievements as required. * Oversee classroom dynamics and utilise teaching tools effectively to foster a constructive and resourceful learning environment. * Participate in scheduled meetings and fulfil related administrative responsibilities as part of the role.
