You will lead a small team of specialists, ensuring our systems are efficient, integrated, and deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As the People Technology Manager, you will:
* Lead and Develop a Specialist TeamManage and coach a team of system specialists, setting clear direction, building capability, and ensuring high performance across all platforms.
* Drive System Optimisation and IntegrationOversee the performance, configuration, and continuous improvement of all people systems, ensuring they are streamlined, scalable, and effectively integrated.
* Partner with StakeholdersCollaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify current and future technology needs, translating these into impactful solutions.
* Manage Vendor RelationshipsWork closely with external suppliers to influence product roadmaps, maximise system value, and ensure delivery against business requirements.
* Leverage Data & InsightsUse analytics and feedback to evaluate system effectiveness, inform decision‑making, and continuously enhance user experience and adoption.
* Drive Innovation and Emerging TechnologyExplore and implement new technologies, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and transform how we deliver people services.
* Improve Efficiency and AutomationIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase operational effectiveness across all platforms.
What You'll Need to Have (our must‑haves)
* Proven expertise in HR technologies
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools
* Experience managing and developing technical or systems‑focused teams
* Strong project and programme management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Demonstrated ability to drive technology strategy and transformation
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Nice to Have (Highly Desirable)
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ATS platforms
