What You'll Be Doing
* Creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5.
* Planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark imagination and support development.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team.
* Championing each child's individuality, progress, and wellbeing every single day.
* Supporting routines like meals, naps, and outdoor play – with a big smile and plenty of energy
* Helping shape the values, spaces, and spirit of our brand-new nursery.
Who We're Looking For
* Someone who loves working with children and sees every moment as a learning opportunity.
* A positive, friendly team player who's always ready to lend a hand or lead a game.
* An individual with a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3+).
* Great communication skills with children and adults alike.
* A proactive attitude – ready to pitch in, share ideas, and grow alongside us.
