About the Role
We are looking for experienced Legal agency recruiters who want to step into a high performing space with genuine leadership progression. You will own your market, build strong relationships and play a key role in scaling the London team.
Please note Agency recruitment experience is required. No in house or talent acquisition backgrounds for this one.
What You Will Be Doing
• Running a full 360 legal recruitment desk
• Partnering with law firms and legal recruitment agencies across London the UK and internationally
• Sourcing managing and placing top legal talent
• Driving new business opportunities and growing your own desk
• Progressing into leadership with mentorship and the chance to build your own team
What We Are Looking For
✔ At least 2 years in an agency recruitment environment
✔ Experience within Legal Professional Services or similar specialist markets
✔ Confident with business development and client management
✔ Ambitious commercially minded and ready to step up
