Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer or EOOW for a 6-week contract, starting 25 August 2025. The vessel will depart from Rotterdam and sail to the UK. This role offers the potential for an ongoing 6 : 6 rotation.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain vessel machinery and engineering systems
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance schedules
* Report to the Master and liaise with technical shore support
* Supervise engine room crew where applicable
Requirements
* EOOW or higher engineering ticket
* Relevant sea time and experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems and safety procedures
* UK right to work is essential
