Regional Aftersales Manager
Location: Covering London and surrounding area
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus + tax efficient company car scheme
Working Hours: Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – 9.00am-5.30pm

The role of Regional Aftersales Manager involves working directly for the manufacturer and traveling to the region's retailers across London and surrounding area. The majority of sites are in London, so we look for someone living within commutable distance of London who is willing to travel extensively across the region and visit our head office in Chiswick Park regularly.
Role initially includes overseeing approximately 10 dealerships, with potential for growth as the network expands.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop robust relationships with regional retailers and manage elements such as cover, reward challenge, and penalty.
* Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring a smooth customer journey and root‑cause analysis of vehicle conditions.
* Support Technical and Warranty teams by managing dealer objections and time‑frames, and adding technical or warranty support to the dealer visit agenda.
* Conduct frequent and planned dealer visits to measure network ability to deliver optimal customer experience, requiring extensive travel across the region.
* Manage and influence Dealer Balance Scorecard (DBS) metrics.
* Attend and support brand events throughout the year, which may be outside your region and outside business hours.
* Exercise insight, management and decision‑making to resolve customer complaints promptly.
* Drive parts targets by managing reminder funnels and VHC processes to increase repeat and incremental parts purchases.
* Measure and manage parts returns.
* Track 3‑, 6‑, 9‑ and 12‑month trends, celebrating positives, stabilising negatives, and ensuring sustained performance.
* Maximise customer experience and dealer profitability via the Dealer Balance Scorecard.
Requirements
* Senior aftersales management background – either in a similar role at an OEM manufacturer or a multi‑site dealership.
* Flexible with daily regional travel and occasional national travel and overnight stays.
* Full and clean driving licence.
* IT literate – proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting and data‑analysis platforms.
* Able to manage a busy diary that may change at a moment’s notice.
* Strong relationship‑building skills.
* Robust, calm, and efficient, able to take on significant responsibility.
* Adaptable; willing to take new instructions; capable of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
