IGA Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced researcher to join its Executive division in Leeds. We're an established, high touch organisation backed by one of the UK's most successful recruitment investors.

The Executive division provides retained search services to clients in investment management, insurance, wealth and wider professional services, for their most important, senior vacancies, and is a key growth area for IGA in 2026.
Responsibilities
* We are looking for an experienced Executive Researcher or Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team, to deliver a full search process, excellent experience, and dependable results to our established client base. The role focussed on researching markets, identifying and approaching relevant candidates, relationship building, candidate management, interview coaching, onboarding support, career advisory, and some day-to-day client account management (if desired).
