Responsibilities: As a 3rd Line Storage Engineer, I will support users and engineering teams through incident management tools while maintaining critical storage platforms and the associated infrastructure. I will work with technologies, including NetApp and other enterprise storage systems, ensuring configuration, performance, resilience, and integration across the complex environment. This role includes supporting Microsoft and virtualization platforms interfacing with storage services to ensure stable and secure operations across multi-site domains. I will also receive training on legacy components and contribute to upgrades, migrations, and optimization activities.
