JOB TITLE: Rearrangements Coordinator
JOB LOCATION: NI
TERMS: Permanent
THE JOB: Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in delivering programmes across our Rearrangements Department, aligned with KPIs, role responsibilities, and company objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Creating and progressing orders through CRM and Arc software platforms.
* Managing shared inboxes.
* Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress, and maintaining trackers.
* Conducting quality and compliance reviews for orders.
* Performing corrective actions to ensure high standards.
* Understanding of the telecoms industry is advantageous but not essential.
* Analyzing operational practices, reporting, database management, and record maintenance to ensure compliance.
* Identifying obstacles with the Rearrangements Manager to achieve objectives.
* Ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders.
* Contributing ideas, improvements, and innovations.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and high information management capability.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a team.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Minimum 1 year administration experience.
* Previous telecoms industry experience and PIA network knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory, full training provided.
