Your new role
You’ll support senior surveyors in delivering cost planning, tendering, and contract administration across a range of projects. You’ll prepare financial reports, assist with valuations, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
* MRICS desirable but not essential
* 2+ years’ experience in quantity surveying
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CostX experience preferred
* Familiarity with JCT contracts; NEC exposure beneficial
* Full, clean driving licence
