As we expand into our new facility, we're looking to welcome enthusiastic warehouse operatives to support the site's launch and growth. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, taking on a diverse range of warehouse tasks that keep everything running smoothly How you create impact Operate Warehouse Management Systems to meet operational requirements for individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy Respond constructively to customer and internal department requests Provide accurate individual productivity performance measurement figures e.g. daily activity tracker Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and share ideas Report stock reconciliation issues found to Team Leader What we would like you to bring Understanding warehouse practices e.g. receipting, picking, loading Experience of working to agreed targets Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner Knowledge of Health and Safety at work Please be aware that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to participate in the employment screening process.
