4 x Maintenance Operatives Urgently Required!!
£14.00 per hour! Plus Overtime on Time and a Half
Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.45 – 4.30, Friday 07.45 – 3.30
The Role of The Maintenance Operative:
* Refurbish and fit out the complete range of modular buildings to the highest possible standards.
* You will work on the new and used Portacabins in a production environment.
* The company offers a wide range of training and upskilling throughout the employment.
* You will, for the first few months, shadow another team member who will give training and support.
Duties of the Maintenance Operative:
* Rip out and clean the portacabins once back from site.
* Painting and decorating to the internal and external of the building.
* Basic joinery, including partition walls, doors, and windows.
* Plumbing duties, including sink and toilet assembly, waste and drainage, copper and push fit fittings.
* Electrics of sockets, heaters, lighting, etc., supporting in the preparation and first fix, under the supervision of an electrician.
* General fit out and refurb both on and off site.
* Installation and dismantling of all buildings.
* Maintenance of tools.
* Report any damages to the team.
Requirements:
* Maintenance or handyman experience.
* Ideally offsite or modular experience.
* Basic joinery and construction skills.
