As a Trainee Manager, your main focus will be assisting in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. You will work collaboratively with the store manager to cultivate a team that shares a passion for making every customer interaction a delightful experience. Contributing to a positive environment where each visit goes beyond a transaction is key. Your role also involves supporting the store manager in building connections within the local community, with other businesses, and charity organisations. You will play a role in creating and executing "top box" goals for the store and your team, ensuring that decisions positively impact these goals. Recruitment and upskilling of team members will be part of your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the store manager to bring exciting ideas to life and build an exemplary in‑store team.
* Support the store manager in building a team of customer‑focused individuals.
* Assist in nurturing a customer‑centric team by participating in training sessions, providing constructive feedback, and observing the store manager’s leadership.
* Lead a management team to help achieve the store’s top‑box goals.
* Delegate to your management team to meet customer and store needs.
* Think out of the box to innovate and collaborate with your team.
* Contribute to managing the store’s finances, setting budgets, driving sales, and controlling staffing and stock.
* Maintain a beautiful store with effective merchandising, high standards of cleanliness, and strong stock management.
* Develop relationships within your local community to enhance customer experience.
* Engage in personal development and training opportunities.
* Create and facilitate a shopping experience that encourages your team to consistently make customers’ days memorable.
* Take on your own projects to make positive changes and add your unique touch.
