Leigh Academy Strood is looking for an ambitious and inspiring teacher to join us as our new Coordinator of Learning - Social Sciences. This is a perfect opportunity for a talented educator eager to elevate their career, take on more responsibility, and directly influence the strategic development of our highly successful Social Sciences department.

We're looking for someone with an infectious passion for their subject and the drive to share best practice. You will be instrumental in:

* Shaping the Social Sciences curriculum and developing engaging, cutting-edge resources.
* Mentoring and supporting colleagues, helping to maintain our high-quality teaching.
* Analysing student data to inform targeted interventions and celebrate success.
* Driving a culture of high expectations and achievement within the department.
