What You Will Do:
: Provide first:line IT support by answering Service Desk calls and monitoring the Service Desk mailbox.
: Resolve incidents and service requests or escalate them when necessary.
: Keep users informed about the progress of their issues and maintain accurate records of all actions taken.
: Monitor email flow and use event monitoring tools to ensure smooth network and server operations.
: Notify users about planned outages and ensure excellent communication during incident resolution.
: Manage and maintain stocks of IT peripherals and consumables.
What You Will Bring:
