The Role Senior Financial Planning Administrator: As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you will: Provide administrative support to the CEO, advisers, and paraplanners, including meeting packs, post-meeting letters, and documentation Manage fund switch paperwork, protection reports, trust forms, drawdown review bookings, and cashflow modelling input Assist with client onboarding, holiday/absence cover, and other PA-type duties Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and contribute to workflow improvements as a Senior Financial Planning Administrator Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Senior Financial Planning Administrator or in financial services administration Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection products Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently while supporting the team as a Senior Financial Planning Administrator Apply Today: Submit your application now.
