Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Early Support Practitioner for a local authority client in Middlesex.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based support to children, young people and families.
Duties:
* Deliver group and one-to-one support sessions, including parenting programmes and child development activities.
* Identify needs and provide targeted early interventions using tools like the Early Support Needs Analysis (ESNA).
* Collaborate with families, professionals and partners to create tailored support plans and improve outcomes.
* Record progress, evaluate impact, and contribute to continuous improvement across Early Support services.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
* Experience working with children, young people, and families in educational, care, or youth settings.
* Proven ability to plan and deliver group activities, workshops, or parenting programmes.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and early intervention best practices.
* Confidence using IT systems for case recording, data monitoring, and outcome evaluation.
What's on offer:
Salary: £18ph+
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
