What You'll Do
* Provide autonomous advanced clinical care.
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of conditions across age groups.
* Interpret diagnostics and make specialist referrals when needed.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold care excellence.
* Lead and contribute to service development and audits

What You'll Need
* Professional Registration: NMC, HCPC, or GPhC.
* Independent Prescriber: Registered as a non-medical prescriber.
* Advanced Clinical Education: Two Level 7 modules, including clinical assessment.
* Autonomous Practice Experience: In a multi-professional team environment.
* Capability in Complex Care: For both adults and children
