Electrical Design Engineer
My client works within engineering and they are looking to take on an Electrical Design Engineer to develop as part of their team.
Salary: GBP 30,000 : GBP 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)
Type: Permanent
Location: Staffordshire
Qualifications
* Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City and Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
* Previous experience carrying out electrical design
* Experience working with control panels
* Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical
* Good hands‑on electrical skills to be involved with commissioning too
* Excellent problem‑solving capabilities
* Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities
* Working within the existing engineering team
* Producing detailed design specifications for control panels, working with CAD
* Ordering parts when required
* Assisting with commissioning when required
