Please note: This role is based on site at the Central Office, Swindon, Monday to Friday, with travel across the Trust as required. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver the Trust's financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and value‑for‑money across our 30 schools and central services. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting sustainable growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) with significant senior leadership experience
A strategic thinker with a track record of financial transformation and performance improvement
