A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Risk Analyst / QRA Specialist to join a high-performing project delivery environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis, exceptional analytical capability, and a passion for driving clarity and confidence in cost and schedule forecasting.
As a Risk Analyst / QRA Specialist, you will facilitate complex QRA sessions, maintain high-quality risk data, and play a key role in ensuring that risk insight informs decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and deliver Cost and Schedule QRA using @Risk and Safran.
* Maintain and update risk registers, ensuring outcomes of workshops and interviews are accurately captured.
* Identify and escalate aggregated risks, working closely with other Risk Practitioners.
* Support managers in identifying, assessing, managing, reviewing, monitoring, reporting, and communicating key risks that could impact business objectives.
* Analyse risk data to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and briefings to support senior stakeholders.
* Facilitate risk workshops and ensure risk information is embedded consistently across the organisation.
* Provide clear, actionable insight to help guide project and business-level decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong background in Risk Analysis, QRA, or similar analytical roles.
* Hands-on experience delivering quantitative cost and schedule risk modelling.
* Proficiency using @Risk, Safran, or equivalent QRA tools.
* Demonstrable experience maintaining and managing risk registers.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience facilitating workshops and supporting risk governance processes.
