The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee all day‑to‑day finance operations and play a key role in driving performance, supporting operational managers, and ensuring financial integrity across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance function, including month‑end, budgeting, and forecasting Produce accurate management accounts with insightful commentary Oversee cashflow management and working capital performance Maintain strong financial controls, processes, and compliance Partner with operational and engineering teams to support decision‑making Manage payroll, VAT returns, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and statutory requirements Lead continuous improvement across systems and reporting Support strategic projects and growth initiatives About You We are looking for a confident, proactive finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
